You can not imagine how traumatic this flood was to me in the beginning. I never thought that it would ever be right again. From my first phone call it was like calling an ambulance. Quick and efficient response. Everyone of your staff was hardworking and meticulous and went out of their way to create the least amount of disruption and inconvenience as possible. I truly can not believe how clean you kept the work site. I wanted to give you a report card to let you know how you performed. 1) Communication 10 out of 10 (Thanks Laura...Daily update that was great I truly felt I was part of the project) 2) Quality of Workmanship 10 out of 10 (I am delighted to say the least) 3) Accomodating...another 10 out of 10 (Laura thanks for that last minute flooring change, you were all over that in seconds and pulled it off. Big smile on my face on that part) 4) Cleaning..a Huge 10 out of 10 (Thank you!!! It made a very dark time and turned it into a Sunny Day) 5) Qulaity of Staff 10 out of 10 (Thanks Grant!! You did a Superior Job. I still can't believe you pulled it off) 6) Project Management 10 out of 10 (Thanks Gary, another Superior Job. I feel guilty that my place is twice as nice as when this whole thing happened) 7) Overall Job 10 out of 10 Everything from the movers to the Trades people. I applaud you.
