 | Terry Moorhouse – Owner/General Manager Terry’s role with Okanagan Restoration Services extends throughout the company’s three offices. His duties “General Manager-like” in nature, Terry works closely with all Okanagan Restoration Services’ Project Managers. Terry is IICRC Certified in Carpet Cleaning, Journeyman Textile Cleaning, Odour Control, Water Damage Restoration, as well as Fire and Smoke Restoration. When he’s not working (which is rare), it’s a pretty good guess you’ll find Terry out on his boat on some lake or river near Armstrong… | |

 | Trevor Forder, CIP – Owner With a hefty 26-year background in the insurance biz, Trevor works together with Terry to guide the growth and success of the company. As eight of his 26 years were spent as an insurance adjuster, Trevor knows what works. He strives to make the experience all Okanagan Restoration Services’ clients (both insurance professionals and property owners) have as simple as possible. | |

 | Kelly Moorhouse – Chief Administrative Officer Kelly works out of Okanagan Restoration Services’ Vernon office, and is directly involved with the operations of the organization. Kelly has been with Okanagan Restoration Services since its inception, and works daily to support the employees, management and ownership team. | |

 | Deanna Forder – Business Development, Kelowna Office Deanna has 18 years experience in the restoration industry and she has been involved in all of our departments. With her overall knowledge of our business, she is regarded as the one that can 'make it happen' when something just has to get done now. | |

 | Tim Patko – Branch Manager, Penticton Office A long-time employee, Tim expertly runs the Penticton Okanagan Restoration Services operation. With a varied background including work in the construction, mining, forestry and hospitality/service industries, Tim's IICRC certification and experience on large demolition and disaster events (including the Salmon Arm forest fire of 1998 and the Kelowna fires of 2003), Tim's got you covered. | |

 | Wayne Hank – Branch Manager, Kelowna Office With over 35 years in the industry and IICRC-certification, Wayne manages the Kelowna shop and is a Senior Project Manager. Wayne’s focus area is vast: from common floods to multi-million dollar structural losses in both commercial and residential buildings. Experienced and certified in all aspects of the business including mold and asbestos and a journeyman carpentry ticket, Wayne is an asset to our team. | |

 | Les Brandt – Senior Project Manager A seasoned industry professional (with experience that includes running his own general contracting company in Calgary for 20 years), Les is responsible for much of the estimating and planning for every type of restoration project.  | Shane Petit - Project Manager, Kelowna Office Shane's attention to detail and commitment to ensuring Okanagan Restoration Services provides the most comprehensive restoration services available are in play in his role as Project Manager. Beginning his career as a Flood Technician has given Shane the hands-on experience to handle every customer's situation with care. | |

 | Kyle Goulet – Project Manager, Vernon Office Kyle is responsible for all aspects of his claims and many of our shop operations. With 12 years experience in the restoration industry (and, on an unrelated but very impressive note, a private pilot license), Kyle works to ensure all of his claims are executed professionally and that all of his clients are 100% satisfied. | |

 | Wade McCullough - Project Manager, Vernon Office Wade is the newest member of our Vernon management team. Wade has worked in various positions throughout BC and Alberta including owning his own Strata Management Company in Vancouver, working in the restoration industry previously, as well as experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical and more. In his free time Wade enjoys getting out on his Harley and enjoying the outdoors in general. Wade is a wonderful addition to our team and we look forward to his continued hard work at Okanagan Restoration Services. | |

 | Laura Hillman - Project Manager Originally from Ontario, Laura moved to the sunny Okanagan in August of 2002. In her years of experience Laura has worked as a Contents Division Manager, Project Manager Assistant, Co-ordinator and now as a Project Manager for Okanagan Restorations. Laura’s Education and Certification in the Restoration field include being trained in Xactimate and Symbility as well as completion of such courses as IICRC training in Water Damage Restoration, Asbestos Control training, Fire & Smoke Restoration and Content Processing programs. Laura is focused on customer service and believes in building long-lasting client and co-worker relationships and always striving to provide the best service possible. | |
